Monthly retainer based on scope and complexity, not a percentage of spend. We prefer retainers because they align us to outcomes, not to whether you spend more on ads this month.
No. Month-to-month after an initial setup period (usually 60 days so we have time to build the system and show results). If we're not earning our fee, we shouldn't be keeping you locked in.
Light. We need access, context, and a weekly 30-minute review call. Beyond that, we operate as an embedded team so your internal people can stay focused on their actual work.
